Microsoft denies that Windows 8 will be released in 2012 as Ballmer said
Microsoft has released a statement that contradicts and belies the words of its president Steve Ballmer, which stated that the next version of Windows that will released by the company and hit the market in 2012.
After Ballmer made it public that the next "Windows 8" would be available in the market next year, Microsoft has made it clear that the company deny this claim.
Microsoft cites that its next operating system version, still has no official release date set or name.
Now this has become the company's internal problem and even, many investors are asking Ballmer leave his post to make way for new generations to the head Microsoft.
The first to say that Ballmer should leave Microsoft was David Einhorn, who owns 11% of the company stating that Ballmer is the biggest threat to Microsoft's actions. Ouch
